Christmas is just around the corner and we're thrilled to be your partners in creating magical moments with our one-of-a-kind pieces. Here are some key details you should know about shopping at NURA this Christmas.
Shop Early
Our pieces are handmade in a sustainable way, so we do not hold too many pieces in stock. Many items, especially rings are not always available in all sizes but are made to order for you.
Some of our designs have already sold out, so hurry up and get the little treasures from your wish list early to avoid disappointment.
Christmas Delivery
For delivery to Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, please place your order no later than Wednesday, 13th December, by 12:00.
For delivery to the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Poland, and Hungary, please place your order no later than Monday, 18th December, by 12:00.
For delivery to Slovakia, please place your order no later than Tuesday, 19th December, by 12:00.
Personal Pickup and Shopping at NURA showroom
If you have missed the deadlines for Christmas delivery, you can still pick up your orders at our showroom in Bratislava or book a private shopping at NURA showroom. Find all the details about the showroom in the article Christmas x NURA showroom.
Extended Exchange Period
All orders made between 24th November and 31st December can be exchanged by 14th January. So if your Christmas gift is not in the correct size or to your/their liking you can replace it with something you or they will love and treasure. Just email us at customers@nura.design by January 14th and we will email you the instructions.
We Don’t Do Sales
For those in doubt, we don’t do sales. We are a small business and we are committed to providing you with high-quality products at fair prices throughout the year. We want you to know that the price you pay for our products reflects their true value, and you won't find inflated prices that are then heavily discounted.
Ready to be gifted
Each and every piece of jewellery you order at NURA always comes in a nice box or a pouch, ready to be gifted right away. It is hand wrapped with a cotton ribbon and no price tags are attached so that it can be gifted right away.
Made to Order?
While in-stock pieces ship in 1-2 business days, Made-To-Order items take 4-6 weeks to make. Our jewellers will do their best to make your Made-To-Order piece in time, but we cannot guarantee delivery by 24.12. for orders placed after 17.11.
If you do want to place an order for a not-in-stock item after this date, please email customers@nura.design first. We will confirm, whether we can still make and deliver your piece until Christmas. For some items, the production times are shorter. :)
