We offer trackable worldwide shipping on all our products. Shipping costs range from 3 EUR to 10 EUR depending on the size of the order and shipping method requested. The exact cost is calculated once you add your items to the shopping bag and it can be viewed by clicking on the shopping bag icon. Your order will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after the order confirmation, provided it includes in-stock items only*.
Slovakia - delivery within 1 to 2 business days (we ship from Bratislava, Slovakia)
The EU - delivery within 3 to 5 business days (courier), 6 to 10 business days (registered mail service).
Outside the EU - delivery within 7 to 20 business days (registered mail service).
*If your order includes a Made To Order item, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for production. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duty and taxes to be paid at the point of delivery by the receiver.
All orders are sent via trackable mail service. In some destinations, courier delivery is also available. All shipping options for your region are indicated at the checkout.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your undamaged and unused goods within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.

You can return any items, except for Made To Order products, within 14 days of receipt provided the following has been met:
- You have notified our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the order and we have confirmed your request by providing you with Return Note.
- Returned items have to be complete, without any damage, and returned in their original box/packaging and in an unused condition.
- NURA’s Returns Note, which is provided upon your return request, has to be filled in and included in the package.
- The return shipment has to be sufficiently packaged to protect the contents of the parcel. If possible, we suggest that you use the original packaging.
We also recommend to use a trackable shipping service, so that you have a proof of postage and you can provide us with a tracking reference in case the package does not reach us or any other issue occurs.
In case your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after receiving the order at email@example.com. Please remember to take a photo showing how it was delivered to you before writing to us.
