Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with NURA through NURA Europe s.r.o. [company number: 50 969 773] (“NURA”, “us ” or “we”), at the NURA website or mobile website (jointly referred to as “nura.design”).
By using nura.design and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on nura.design.
In order to shop on nura.design, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.
The NURA website only offers products that we have in stock and that are published on www.nura.design. The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All orders for items are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute items of an equal or higher quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order the substitute items we will reimburse any monies that you may have paid.
We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be the one on nura.design at the time placing your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please immediately stop using the website.
2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The description of products and presentation of goods on NURA website in the course of sales campaigns does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to customers to order goods or services. There is no legal claim to the availability and deliverability of the products advertised. NURA reserves the right in due course to make orders under sales campaigns subject to fulfilment of certain individual conditions.
To order a product advertised by NURA, you must take the following steps:
All goods remain the property of NURA until full payment of the purchase price has been received and all claims resulting from the sale have been settled. You will not be entitled to dispose of the goods before the transfer of ownership.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon possible. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes alternative arrangements may be necessary, in which case our customer service team will contact you to settle the refund.
3. DELIVERY CHARGE
The prices displayed on nura.design do not include a delivery charge which is subject to the shipping address required. For most locations, the delivery cost ranges from 3 euros to 15 euros subject to the size of the order. The cost of delivery of the order is clearly indicated during the check-out process.
NURA will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. Please note, we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses. Delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by third-party providers.
NURA will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes about 1 – 7 working days. (Monday – Friday). Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within a thirty (30) day window from placing the order. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds thirty (30) days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout. If you have given us your email address, you will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery details.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER
You have the right to cancel or return your purchases within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days (“cooling off period”) after the day of delivery of the goods, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received, without any obligations from your side, apart from the return shipping fees.
If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund, which will include NURA’s standard delivery costs and exclude the cost of the return of the items should such a return cost have been generated.
If you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Please be advised that you are required to take reasonable care of the goods before returning them to us as we may make a deduction from the total reimbursements in the event of a loss in value of the goods, as a result of unnecessary handling by you.
The right to cancel the order does not apply to made to order items or product that have been personalised.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will provide all the necessary details including the required return label and return note to you. You must inform us about the return within the fourteen (14) day period as outlined in section 5.1 above. After this, you then have an additional fourteen (14) day period to return the items to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below. We will then provide a refund, attempting to use the same method that you used to make the payment. We will do this as soon as possible. At the latest, the refund will be given within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, as long as we have received the items or evidence of you having sent them back. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change. This will not generate any additional charges.
If the item you have received is faulty, please notify our customer service team by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible and return the item in accordance with the advice of the customer service team. For any items that we do find to be faulty, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund within. The provisions outlined herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
NURA guarantees either a full refund or to replace any items in accordance with section 5 (Cancellations and Withdrawal of Order). All we ask is for you to treat the product and its packaging with care - please return items undamaged and unused, with all original labels and tags intact. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on).
For hygienic reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Detailed instructions on how to return an item will be provided to you by our customer service team once you notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
When packaging the returned order, we suggest that you use the original packaging if possible. Peel off the returns label and attach to the outside of the parcel, making sure that you cover the original address label.
Please hand the parcel in at your local collection point or post office. You are liable for damage to the items until we receive them at our warehouse, so in case of a dispute, we recommend that you keep the receipt as proof of postage.
When we have approved your returned item, the return cost will be deducted from your refund. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. For faulty items NURA will either replace the items or make a full refund to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
We use PayPal for all orders. You can make the payment via PayPal using a PayPal account, debit card or credit card. You can find the User Agreement here (https://www.paypal.com/gi/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#01). The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries.
Please note we do not accept cash or cheques or other means of payment.
8. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
NURA is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the NURA website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
The site may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We have made every effort to display the colours and composition of our products that appear on nura.design as accurately as possible. If there are any colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the products, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your device.
If there are faults or defects in the items that you have purchased from the NURA website, we abide by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
13. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights on the NURA website remain with NURA London Ltd. It is prohibited to use the NURA website and its contents in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.
